Covenant Heart Institute’s three In-Patient Cardiology units have recently converted to the Cardiac Universal Bed  (CUB) concept.  We currently have 89 rooms that are equipped with the latest technology utilizing the Cardiac Universal Bed. 

This innovative approach to patient care has improved patient satisfaction, by eliminating multiple transfers and by promoting an environment which allows nurses to develop interpersonal relationships with the patients and families through all phases of their care. 

Covenant Heart Institute is easily accessible through the convenience of valet parking.  Valet is located off of 21st Street. Free parking is available for those who prefer to use the parking garage.

Recently, we implemented the SpectraLink wireless phone system, which enables patients to call their nurse directly. We also utilize the latest monitoring technology by Philips, who is considered to be a leader in the industry.
